Founder & Clinical Director
Amanda Levison, M.S., LMHC, LPC, CCBT, EMDR Certified
Amanda Levison is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). After earning her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Florida, she earned her Master of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. She is a former teacher and has worked with children for over twenty-five years. Amanda uses a variety of approaches in her therapy practice, from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to play therapy to art therapy. Amanda is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). She is also trained to work with clients using neurofeedback intervention to train the brain for optimum performance.

In her therapy approach, Amanda uses multiple forms of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) for adults and focuses on play therapy with children. She applies a strength-based holistic approach in which she aims to promote positive mental health, healing, and long-term personal growth in each of her clients.

Kelli Reinbold, M.A.
Kelli received her Bachelor’s degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from Messiah College and her Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Eastern University. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorders, foster youth, and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.
Kelli employs various techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Kelli believes in a holistic approach to mental health and enjoys working with clients to connect them to appropriate community resources to work alongside the therapeutic process.

Pre-Licensed Therapist
Sasha L Winters, M.S., CTP
Sasha Winters is a Masters's level clinician certified in trauma therapy. She earned her bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Disability Studies from Shippensburg University. She went on to earn a Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University.
Sasha has been working in the human service field for over ten years. She started her experience providing direct and clinical care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Sasha has worked from being in direct and clinician care to mid-level management before entering the counseling field. After graduating with her master's and completing an internship in substance use counseling, she worked as a mental health clinician. Sasha has experience working with individuals with, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and Substance Use Disorders.
Sasha utilizes a multi-modal and person-centered therapy approach. Sasha focuses on each person's needs individually and works with them to tailor their treatment to assist in the effectiveness of treatment. Sasha uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy techniques in her approach.
Sasha has a passion for helping others increase their view of themselves and realizing their potential while working with them to create an environment where they feel supported and safe to express their wants and needs.

Psychotherapist
Angie Smyser, M.S.W., LCSW
Master’s in Social Work
Angie Smyser is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in social work from Shippensburg University and then went on to earn her Master’s Degree in social work from Temple University. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and their families. Angie has also worked in various healthcare settings, including nursing homes, home health care, and Hospice care. She has counseled individuals and family members in navigating an often complex healthcare system. Her background has allowed her to lead support groups and work with those dealing with grief and loss issues.

Angie is interested in providing services to individuals and families of all age ranges. She is comfortable treating the following (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, grief and loss, PTSD, life transitions, and relationship issues. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy in her work. She provides a holistic and non-judgmental approach, understanding that each person is on their own unique journey.

Intern
Arielle Jones, B.A., Clinical Intern
Arielle Jones is a graduate student working towards her Master’s in Art Therapy at Cedar Crest College. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Clinical Psychology concentration from Messiah University. Her experiences include working with children and adolescents with anxiety, ADHD, adjustment disorders, and autism spectrum disorders doing school-based art therapy. Arielle strives to create a fun, relaxed, and safe environment through the use of multiple techniques and art-making to meet clients where they are at and reach their overall goals. She is passionate about helping others, being empathic, and connecting with them to provide the most effective form of treatment. Arielle enjoys working with clients who are ready to explore their creativity through the use of various techniques and art-making to foster healing, growth, and overall well-being. Arielle is excited to pursue her education and growth as an art therapist, and her motto is to “trust the process”!

Psychotherapist
Gina M. Bowers, M.Ed., NCC, LPC
Gina Bowers is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology from Mansfield University. She earned a Master’s in Education-Counseling from the University of North Carolina- Greensboro. She also holds a Master of Science from George Washington University in Educational Technology Leadership.
She is a former College Counselor and continues to hold a position as a College Professor. She has been working in the field for 30 years, and much of her work focused on adult depression, anxiety, stress, LGBT, career-changing, ADHD, balancing academic and personal life, and self-esteem issues. She was a Therapeutic Foster parent and worked with children in the Foster Care system.
Gina’s approach combines behavioral, mindfulness, and Cognitive techniques.
Gina is licensed in PA.

Poncie J. Smith, Psy. M
Poncie has been working in the mental health and education fields for 15 years. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in English with an Emphasis in Writing from Shippensburg University. She went on to earn her Master's in Psychology with an Emphasis in Life Coaching from Grand Canyon University. She is also a certified Life Coach and a certified Spiritual Coach. Poncie has gained experience working with children, adolescents, and their parents as a Behavioral Consultant, Mobile Therapist, and School-Based Outpatient Therapist.
With a passion for helping others and an innate desire to understand people and how they think, feel, and act, Poncie specializes in a trauma-informed, integrative, person-centered therapeutic approach. With her own personal challenges of trauma and anxiety, Poncie believes holistic healing is imperative to an individual's overall well-being and can be a conduit of change.

Patricia (Patty) Lovelace, M.A., M.S.
Patricia Lovelace earned her Bachelor's Degree from Springfield College's School of Human Services in 2002 and soon went on to get a Master of Arts Degree from the Maryland University of Integrative Health in Laurel, what was then known as Tai Sophia Institute for the Healing Arts in Applied Healing Arts in 2005. After working in the human services field for a short time, she returned to Springfield College to receive a Master of Science Degree in Human Services, with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling, in 2011.
Patricia has worked in the mental health field for 23 years, helping people with varying mental disorders such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and reactive attachment disorder. She has worked with populations ranging from children to adults, focusing on trauma and addiction for the past ten years.
Patricia's background covers traditional and alternative treatments such as guided meditation, journey work, and other behavioral and cognitive therapies. Patricia prides herself in approaching therapy to heal the mind, body, and spirit encased in an atmosphere of peace and serenity, making one more susceptible to releasing fear and resistance.

Intern
Latreshia Lilly, B.A., Clinical Intern
Latreshia Lilly is a graduate student pursuing her Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University. She has a Bachelor's in theatre with concentrations in musical theatre performance and performance directing from the Northwestern State University of Louisiana. She has experience working with people from adolescence to aging life stages. She uses multiple techniques and talk therapy to create a judgment-free and safe space to help clients reach their goals physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. She finds this work to be deeply profound and impactful, and she is honored to continue her education and personal growth to benefit clients and her therapeutic journey. Ideal clients are those who are ready to make a change to become the most authentic versions of themselves and maintain healthy relationships with others because "people need people!"

Massage Therapist
Karyn Ligon, LMT
Karyn is a licensed massage therapist with a special interest in massage for depression, anxiety, and pain relief. Karyn's approach is in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, connective tissue massage, cupping, and hot stone therapy.
