Amanda Levison, M.S., LMHC, LPC, CCBT

Founder & Clinical Director

Amanda Levison, M.S., LMHC, LPC, CCBT, EMDR Certified

Amanda Levison is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). After earning her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Florida, she earned her Master of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. She is a former teacher and has worked with children for over twenty-five years. Amanda uses a variety of approaches in her therapy practice, from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to play therapy to art therapy. Amanda is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). She is also trained to work with clients using neurofeedback intervention to train the brain for optimum performance.

In her therapy approach, Amanda uses multiple forms of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) for adults and focuses on play therapy with children. She applies a strength-based holistic approach in which she aims to promote positive mental health, healing, and long-term personal growth in each of her clients.

Kelli Reinbold, M.A.

Kelli Reinbold, M.A.

Kelli received her Bachelor’s degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from Messiah College and her Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Eastern University. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorders, foster youth, and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.

Kelli employs various techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Kelli believes in a holistic approach to mental health and enjoys working with clients to connect them to appropriate community resources to work alongside the therapeutic process.

Patricia (Patty) Lovelace, M.A., M.S.

Psychotherapist

Patricia (Patty) Lovelace, M.A., M.S., LPC

Patricia (Patty) Lovelace is a licensed professional counselor who graduated from Springfield College's School of Human Services in 2002. She later earned a Master of Arts Degree from the Maryland University of Integrative Health, which was formerly known as the Tai Sophia Institute for the Healing Arts in Applied Healing Arts, in 2005. In 2011, Patricia returned to Springfield College to complete her Master of Science Degree in Human Services, specializing in Mental Health Counseling.

Patricia has worked in the mental health field for 23 years, helping people with a range of mental disorders such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and reactive attachment disorder. She has experience working with children and adults, with a focus on trauma and addiction for the past decade.

​

Patricia employs a variety of therapeutic approaches, including traditional and alternative treatments such as guided meditation, journey work, and other behavioral and cognitive therapies. She is committed to healing the mind, body, and spirit in a peaceful and serene atmosphere, making it easier to release fear and resistance.

Daniel Abel, M.S., NCC, CAADC

Daniel Abel is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). He is an experienced counselor with expertise in various counseling models, including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, CPT, and Reality Therapy. He often uses a Trauma Informed Care perspective in counseling and specializes in both substance and process addictions. He holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Shippensburg University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Penn State University.

With a background in Trauma Medicine spanning seventeen years, Daniel brings a unique perspective to his counseling practice. He is also a U.S. Army veteran and former first responder, further enhancing his understanding and ability to assist clients from diverse backgrounds.

Specializing in both substance and process addictions, Daniel's areas of interest in counseling include spirituality/spiritual abuse, substance use counseling, process addiction counseling, veteran's counseling, first responder counseling, PTSD/TBI counseling, and couple's counseling. Daniel believes in meeting individuals where they are in therapy and fostering a collaborative approach between counselor and client. He recognizes the importance of dignity and validation for every individual seeking counseling. Sometimes, a person needs to feel heard, and Daniel ensures this by providing a supportive and empathetic environment. In-office and virtual sessions are available.

Julia Santiago, M.S.

Julia Santiago, MS, is an accomplished bilingual (Spanish) counselor with expertise in Cognitive Process Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Journaling, Mindfulness, and Relapse Prevention Techniques. Holding a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling specializing in Addiction from Walden University and a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Stony Brook University, Julia brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her practice.

Julia provides counseling services for individuals experiencing trauma, grief/loss, substance abuse, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, anger management, stress, and a range of other mental health disorders. As a therapist, she is dedicated to offering unwavering support and guidance during difficult times. Julia prioritizes the validation of each individual's unique needs and works diligently to create a safe and understanding therapeutic environment. ​ Recognizing the significance of language barriers in accessing mental health care, Julia is committed to working with clients from diverse backgrounds and ensuring they receive therapy in their preferred language. Gina M. Bowers, M.Ed., NCC, LPC

Psychotherapist

Gina M. Bowers, M.Ed., NCC, LPC

Gina Bowers is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology from Mansfield University. She earned a Master’s in Education-Counseling from the University of North Carolina- Greensboro. She also holds a Master of Science from George Washington University in Educational Technology Leadership.
 
She is a former College Counselor and continues to hold a position as a College Professor. She has been working in the field for 30 years, and much of her work focused on adult depression, anxiety, stress, LGBT, career-changing, ADHD, balancing academic and personal life, and self-esteem issues. She was a Therapeutic Foster parent and worked with children in the Foster Care system.
 
Gina’s approach combines behavioral, mindfulness, and Cognitive techniques.
 
Gina is licensed in PA.

Sasha L Winters, M.S., CTP

Sasha L Winters, M.S., CTP, LPC

Sasha Winters is a Masters's level clinician certified in trauma therapy. She earned her bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Disability Studies from Shippensburg University. She went on to earn a Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University.

Sasha has been working in the human service field for over ten years. She started her experience providing direct and clinical care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Sasha has worked from being in direct and clinician care to mid-level management before entering the counseling field. After graduating with her master's and completing an internship in substance use counseling, she worked as a mental health clinician. Sasha has experience working with individuals with, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and Substance Use Disorders.

Sasha utilizes a multi-modal and person-centered therapy approach. Sasha focuses on each person's needs individually and works with them to tailor their treatment to assist in the effectiveness of treatment. Sasha uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy techniques in her approach.

Sasha has a passion for helping others increase their view of themselves and realizing their potential while working with them to create an environment where they feel supported and safe to express their wants and needs.

Priscilla holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Priscilla has been working in the human services field for over 20 years. As a bi-lingual therapist, speaking both English and Spanish, Priscilla has a profound commitment to providing person-centered care to trauma survivors and the LGBTQIA+ community. Her extensive experience, coupled with a compassionate approach, empowers individuals to navigate and overcome emotional challenges, promoting mental well-being with sensitivity and expertise.

Dedicated to providing person-centered care, Priscilla skillfully draws from various modalities, tailoring interventions to individual needs and fostering healthy functioning. Her expertise lies in creating a safe and empathic space for clients, utilizing a person-centered approach to guide individuals toward building and strengthening essential skills for emotional well-being and resilience.

Latreshia Lilly, B.A., Clinical Intern

Latreshia Lilly, MFT

Latreshia Lilly graduated with her Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. She has a Bachelor's in theatre with concentrations in musical theatre performance and performance directing from the Northwestern State University of Louisiana. She has experience working with people from adolescence to aging life stages. She uses multiple techniques and talk therapy to create a judgment-free and safe space to help clients reach their goals physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. She finds this work to be deeply profound and impactful, and she is honored to continue her education and personal growth to benefit clients and her therapeutic journey. Ideal clients are those who are ready to make a change, become the most authentic versions of themselves, and maintain healthy relationships with others because "people need people!"

Karyn Ligon, LMT

Karyn is a licensed massage therapist with a special interest in massage for depression, anxiety, and pain relief. Karyn's approach is in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, connective tissue massage, cupping, and hot stone therapy.
