






A Week of Wellness for Children
A Week of Wellness is a therapist-led summer program designed to help children build emotional strength, confidence, and healthy coping skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Children today experience big emotions and big pressures. Many struggle with anxiety, frustration, low confidence, or difficulty expressing themselves.
This immersive week helps children:

Build emotional awareness and resilience

Strengthen communication and social skills

Develop healthy coping strategies

Increase confidence and inner strength
-
Learn calming and self-regulation techniques
By the end of the week, children feel more equipped to handle challenges with confidence and clarity.
Parents receive a weekly summary along with customized coping tools tailored specifically to their child.

Early Bird Rate:
$250 per week (until March 20)
Regular Rate:
$300 per week
A $100 deposit is required and applied toward the weekly fee.
Neurofeedback and Individual Therapy sessions are also available during the program upon request.
Each day combines emotional awareness, creative expression, movement, and social connection to support whole-child wellness.
Sample Daily Schedule:

9:00–10:00 AM – Gratitude & Emotional Awareness
Children learn to identify emotions and build self-awareness.

10:00–11:00 AM – Coping Skills & Big Feelings Toolbox
Practical tools for managing anxiety, frustration, and overwhelming emotions.

11:00 AM–12:00 PM – Art Therapy & Creative Expression
Creative activities that encourage emotional expression and confidence.

12:00–1:00 PM – Lunch Time

1:00–2:00 PM – Finding Strength Within
Confidence-building activities and resilience exercises.

2:00–3:00 PM – Social Skills Development
Guided peer interaction to practice communication and friendship skills.

3:00–4:00 PM – Positive Energy Flow
Body movement, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques.

4:00–5:00 PM – Free Play & Wind-Down Time
Children leave each day with practical tools they can use at home, school, and in everyday life.
