Today was my first time to a chamber event in Harrisburg. I went to it alone, not knowing anyone, but with a positive attitude. I met someone in the parking lot and she introduced me to some other people, once we got inside (it seemed like I introduced myself to the right person). I'm not quite sure the turnout, but it looked like a nice size crowd with a wide range in age and professions. People were networking and they had great food (added bonus). I feel like I made some great contacts and was asked wonderful questions about what I do professionally and was able to educate others. I will definitely be going to future events hosted by them, as I felt it was beneficial in many areas. Thumbs up!
