Neurofeedback and Counseling Center Measures During COVID-19

 

The Neurofeedback and Counseling Center remains committed to providing care to all their clients. We are currently open and accepting new clients, using telehealth capabilities to deliver service via phone and video conferencing. If you or anyone you know need help, please call us today.

 

The health and safety of clients, families, and employees is a number one priority at Neurofeedback and Counseling Center. Here, we provide timely updates and helpful information about COVID-19.
 

• We ask that all clients who recently had the corona virus in Pennsylvania quarantine for 2 weeks and suggest that they continue their therapy online via virtual counseling.

• While there are several offices within the suite, we ask that our clients do not wait in these offices, but do so only if there is not enough space for a safe distance.

 

• Clients can not enter the office building until their session time and no more than 5 minutes before the session.

 

• Our staff and clients are required to wear a mask

 

• There is hand sanitizer in the lobby, a bathroom in the office suite where people can wash their hands, and each office has hand sanitizer as well.

 

• Before and after each session the chairs and door handles are wiped down.

 

• We do regular temperature checks and symptoms checklists. All clients are required to complete these at the beginning of their session. 

You don’t have to be solitary during the COVID-19 crisis. Our office is available for either group or individual counseling. Regardless of your situation, virtual counseling is available at Neurofeedback and Counseling Center!
